All prices are shown in euros (€), VAT included.

All products are handmade crochet pieces, made to order — no stock is kept. The crafting time for each product is shown on its page and is added on top of the shipping or pickup time.

Payment is made in full at the time of purchase, via Stripe.

Right of withdrawal: as these are goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (main color, detail color chosen by the customer), they are excluded from the general 14-day right of withdrawal, under article 103.c) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU).
